1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
• Tracking details are shared once dispatched
• Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next working day
2. Delivery Timeline
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
3. Prepaid Priority Shipping (Recommended)
We highly recommend choosing Prepaid Payment for a faster and smoother experience.

• Reduced risk of cancellation
• Eligible for exclusive prepaid-only offers (if applicable)
Prepaid orders are given dispatch preference over COD orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure genuine orders and reduce failed deliveries:
• A ₹99 COD convenience fee applies to all COD orders
• COD is available only on eligible pincodes
• We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch
• Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled
• High-value or high-risk orders may require prepaid payment
If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason:
• COD access may be restricted for future purchases
• Future orders may require prepaid payment only
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders.
This policy helps us reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses and maintain fair pricing for all customers.
5. Shipping Charges
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may apply on select orders or promotions
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end
6. Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
Sthulas is not responsible for:
• Incorrect address submissions
• Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipient
• Orders returned due to refusal or incorrect details
If an order is returned due to failed delivery or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If your package appears damaged or tampered:
• Record a clear unboxing video
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Claims raised beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.
Sthulas is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
