Refund policy
1. Return Window
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
Items must be:
• Unused, unworn, unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags intact
All requests are subject to inspection and approval.
3. Exchange-Only Items
The following categories are not eligible for refund, but may qualify for exchange (after approval):
• Handicrafts
• Perfumes
• Consumables
Approved cases may receive a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.
4. Damaged / Incorrect Orders
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (unboxing video if available).
Verified cases will receive a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
• Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Credited to original payment method
• COD refunds via bank transfer or store credit
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
6. Cancellations & Exchanges
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• One exchange per order
