Returns & Refund Information

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order ID is required

Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear will not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:


  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
